Punjab Livestock Minister Sardar Hasnain Bahadar Dreshak on Friday attended a farewell ceremony for officers of his department who have completed their service. 

The ceremony was organised at the Veterinary Research Institute in Lahore. Livestock Secretary Saqib Zafar, Livestock Directors General Naveed Niazi and Dr Sajjad, Additional Secretary Iqbal Shahid and Livestock Lahore Director Dr Zubair Bari also attended the event. 

Dr Iqbal, Dr Ashraf, Dr Ashfaq Mirza, Dr Afzal Sajid, Dr Hafeez and Dr Riaz Mayo were among the officers who attended the ceremony. 

Addressing the ceremony, Dreshak said that services of the retiring officers would be remembered for a long time. He said that hardworking and honest officers are an asset to the department. He said that discipline, teamwork and performance are some of the features that make any institution grow. He expressed his best wishes for the retiring officers.
