Shah Rukh Khan looks relieved after son’s bail; poses for pics with legal team

Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28. A visibly relieved SRK celebrated the court’s decision with his manager Pooja Dadlani and his legal team. The first pictures of SRK after Aryan’s bail was announced show him posing with them.

Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) following a raid on a rave party on board Cordelia Cruises' Empress ship in Mumbai. The raid was conducted on October 2. Since then, Aryan remained in NCB custody. On October 8, he was sent to Arthur Road jail in Mumbai. After his bail got rejected twice, he was finally granted bail on October 28.

Now, pictures of SRK with his manager Pooja Dadlani and his legal team are out. The superstar looks relieved.

Pooja Dadlani has been Shah Rukh Khan's manager since 2012. She is very close to the actor’s family and was seen crying when Aryan Khan was earlier denied bail in the Mumbai cruise drugs case.

A statement by SRK’s legal team read, “Aryan Khan has ultimately been released on bail by the High Court. No possession, no evidence, no consumption, no conspiracy, right from the first moment when he was detained on October 2, 2021. Nor is there anything as of now. We are grateful to the almighty that our prayers were accepted by Mr Justice Nitin Sambre and he granted bail to Aryan. Satya Meva Jayate. Satish Maneshinde and the legal team of Aryan.”

Besides Aryan Khan, the NCB arrested his friend Arbaaz Merchantt and another accused, Munmun Dhamecha for their alleged involvement in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. All three accused have now been granted bail. However, Aryan will not be walking out of the jail today due to pending paper work and procedures. A detailed bail order is awaited, which will come on October 29.
