Parvez urges display of Quranic verses, hadiths on finality of prophethood at offices

Punjab Assembly Speaker Ch Parvez Elahi told Law Minister Raja Basharat that CM Usman Buzdar should ensure putting on display the Quranic verses and hadiths related to the finality of prophethood in all government offices.

As per the resolution, presented by Punjab Mineral Minister Amar Yasir, the Quranic verses and hadiths with translation written in golden letters regarding the finality of prophethood should be displayed in all the government offices.

A few months ago, the Punjab assembly has adopted the resolution. Speaking on the occasion, the speaker reiterated the resolve to guard such laws. "It is is our faith, compromise on it is out of the question," he added.
