The federal government has formed a new Board of Directors of Pakistan Steel Mills, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In this regard, the Ministry of Industries and Production has issued a notification for the new Board of Directors of Pakistan Steel Mills on Saturday.
According to notification, Saifullah Chattha will be the sixth chairman of the new board of directors.
Secretary Industries and Production, Secretary Finance Division or their nominated representatives shall be the members of Board of Directors.
Chief Secretary Sindh or nominated representative, Chief Executive Officer Steel Mills and NPO will also be members.
Five independent members included Imran Bashir, Azizul Haque Nishtar, Ashiq Ali, Engineer Absar Nabi and Adeeb Ahmed as independent members.
A new board of directors has been formed in light of the decision of the federal cabinet.
