Three coaches of a Hyderabad-bound freight train derailed in Kotri, leading to the suspension of the up track from Karachi to Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Wednesday.
Railway officials reported that passenger trains are being rerouted to Hyderabad via the down track to maintain service.
