Khalistan Referendum: Clashes erupt between Hindus, Sikhs in Melbourne

Community clashes erupted between Hindu and Sikh residents of Melbourne during the Khalistan Referendum in Australia on Sunday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Indian Hindu residents and the Sikh community came face to face during the referendum in favor of Khalistan in Melbourne.
During the referendum, severe fighting scenes and scuffles between Hindus and Sikhs have been observed at the Federation Square in Melbourne city.
People from both communities hit each other with sticks and trampled the Indian flag under their feet. Australian police continued efforts to protect the people of both sides.
