In December, rumours starting floating about that Shahroz Sabzwari and Syra Sharoz are getting divorced.
At the time, the couple had denied the rumours, revealing that the two have been separated for six months. However, then they revealed that they are indeed ending their marriage.
After their divorce, Shahroz Sabzwari and Sadaf Kanwal tied the knot in an intimate nikkah ceremony.
The pictures of the ceremony went viral on social media and many were quick to criticise the newlyweds for allegedly confirming their ‘rumoured’ affair. The said affair was earlier cited by gossip-mongers to be the reason for separation and ultimately divorce between Shahroz and first wife, Syra Yousuf.
Sharing the video on Instagram, Shahroz curtly stated: “I stand before my God, the Holy Book and my Prophet (PBUH) and vow that the separation between Syra and I happened in August 2019. The reason for the said separation was never a woman. Sadaf was never a reason for our separation, neither was infidelity.”
However, a live session with the ace designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY) done around Mother’s Day has now gone viral. The designer himself shared it on his Instagram profile on Tuesday.
Syra, in the candid session, talked about her daughter, motherhood and the art of moving on.
“I can count them on my fingertips. “I think it’s important to only have a couple of people you can truly count on and who understand you. There are so many people I would be leaving behind.”

She further added: “I am going to move forward with knowing that people’s actions towards me have nothing to do with me.”
Talking about her upcoming projects, Syra said: “I was actually in the middle of a couple of projects but then this (coronavirus pandemic) happened and now it’s just stuck. There were a film and a few dramas as well. But I’m still reading scripts. I would love to come back on TV. I’m just waiting for a good script.”
