CAA employee seeks permission to board donkey cart to airport duty

What could be described as quite a rare occurrence, an employee of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in Islamabad on Friday submitted an application to the director general (DG) of the Authority in which he requested him to allow him to bring donkey cart to the airport since he could not afford travelling on public transport given sky-high rates of petroleum products (POL), reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Spokesman for the CAA, on the other hand, said that the employees had been given the option to choose either of these two facilities: pick and drop or the fuel allowance.
