United States of America (USA) Ambassador to Pakistan Donald Bloom called on Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Senior Vice President and Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz Sharif at her residence in Murree on Sunday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, both personalities discussed the importance of historical, long-term bilateral relations between the two countries in the meeting.
US Ambassador Bloom stressed the importance of promoting mutual cooperation including trade, economy, security, peace and regional stability.
In the meeting, Maryam Nawaz appreciated the efforts of Ambassador Donald Bloom on behalf of the American government during the most difficult conditions of the Corona epidemic and the disastrous floods last year.
