The UK government has announced a plan to deport illegal immigrants from 11 countries, including Pakistan, by the end of this year, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Friday.
The targeted countries also include Albania, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Iraq, Jamaica, Nigeria, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe.
The British Home Office has published an advertisement seeking commercial support to facilitate the repatriation of over 14,000 illegal immigrants. The initiative, backed by the ruling Labour Party, aims to send refugees and undocumented individuals back to their home countries.
The advertisement emphasizes that those who have no legal right to stay in the UK should return to their countries of origin. The campaign is part of the UK's broader efforts to address illegal immigration and manage the influx of refugees.
This move comes amid increasing pressure on the UK government to tighten immigration controls and ensure that those without the right to remain are returned to their home countries. The deportations are expected to be carried out by the end of this year.
