Ahead of Pakistan's 77th Independence Day, veteran Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari encourages the public to buy plants instead of flags.
On August 1, stalls selling Pakistan flags, badges, and other items for the Independence Day celebrations will pop up nationwide.
As Pakistanis began preparing for the festivities, the showbiz personality took her Instagram handle and advised the netizens something for the betterment of society. She shared a thought-provoking post urging people to buy plants instead of green crescent flags this 14th of August and contribute to making Pakistan greener.
