The national highway connecting Balochistan with Punjab and KP will be closed due to landslides in Zhob, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Sunday.

According to the district administration, the Zhob-DI Khan National Highway connecting the two provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab with Balochistan was closed to all types of traffic due to landslides after heavy rain in the area.

The deputy commissioner of Zhob said that the national highway is being restored at Danasar using heavy machinery.

The deputy commissioner of Zhob said that travellers should avoid travelling on Zhob-DI Khan National Highway.
