PPP leadership expresses sympathies with family of Sadaf

The leadership of the Pakistan People’s Party has expressed their sympathies with the family of a journalist who died during the long march of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.
Channel 5 reporter Sadaf Naeem died as former prime minister Imran Khan’s container ran over her. Former president Asif Ali Zardari and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto offered condolences over the tragic death.

They prayed for the deceased and showed sympathy for the bereaved family. Sadaf was on duty when she fell off a container and the vehicle of Imran Khan ran over her. Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stressed it is the responsibility of the organizers to make arrangements to ensure the safety of the public and journalists in any political and social event.
The Pakistan People's Party organised a 10-day public long march and made arrangements keeping in mind the accidents in Imran Khan’s regime, Bilawal said, stressing the PTI organisers are fully responsible for the lives and property of people and journalists during the long march. He urged the Punjab government to ensure all-out support to the bereaved family.
