An anti-terrorism court in Lahore on Friday ordered withdrawal of terror-related provisions from the FIR registered against alleged land mafia leader Malik Mansha Khokhar aka Mansha Bomb and his sons and transfer the case to a sessions court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
ATC Judge Arshad Javed pronounced the verdict.
A case was filed against Mansha Bomb and his sons for grabbing government plots and attacking Lahore Development Authority (LDA) officials.
The court also ordered to transfer the case to a sessions court in Lahore.
