Karachi mobile snatchers 'steal 5 mobiles daily to get ice drugs'

Karachi Police have arrested two accused of ‘Chotu gang’ from Bilal Colony who were involved in street crime incidents.
Police said that the accused are ice druggists and commit various crimes to get money for the drugs.
The arrested accused—Sherry and Umar—told police they snatched four to five mobile phones daily which they sell to the members of other gangs from the mobile snatching mafia and get drugs in exchange in Kochi Camp in port city Karachi.
Police also recovered 30 bore loader magazines and round, mobile phones, cash and a motorbike along with two TT pistols.
SSP Central Maroof Usman said that FIR have been lodged against the accused and legal action would be taken.
