Shehbaz Sharif tests negative for coronavirus

Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif has tested negative for coronavirus, PML-N spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb said on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

She said Shehbaz Sharif's coronavirus test sample has come back negative.

Shehbaz Sharif was contracted coronavirus on June 11 and quarantined himself at home.

As per statistics, around 100 politicians including 86 lawmakers have tested COVID-19 positive while six politicians have lost their lives due to COVID-10.

Recently, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has contracted COVID-19 positive and he was later shifted to CMH Rawalpindi.
