160,000 Pakistani pilgrims to perform Hajj this year

The Federal Minister for Religious Affairs said this year, 160,000 Pakistani pilgrims will perform Hajj.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the religious ministry said the Pakistan Hajj Mission will host 70,000 government-sponsored pilgrims while around 90,000 Pakistanis will perform Hajj through private tour operators this year.
The ministry further said Under the government Hajj scheme, 55,284 pilgrims have already arrived in Mecca via 214 flights. More than 30,000 pilgrims are currently in Saudi Arabia under the private Hajj scheme. The Hajj flight operation will continue until June 9.
