The Punjab government has announced a public holiday on March 11 (Saturday) for Lahore in connection with urs of Hazrat Madhu Lal Hussain.
According to a notification issued by Punjab Home Department, there will be public holiday on March 11 throughout the Lahore District.
The holiday was declared to mark the urs, the notification added.
All educational institutions will also remain closed on March 11.
The 435th annual urs celebrations of Hazrat Shah Hussain popularly known as Madhu Lal Hussain will begin in Lahore’s Baghbanpura area on Saturday.
