Lahore at 29th position in district school rankings

Lahore ranked 29th in the ranking of 36 districts of Punjab based on arrangements and facilities provided in government schools, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

According to details, Dera Ghazi Khan, Attock, and Nankana Sahib are at the top of Punjab schools ranking.

At the same time, Lahore was in 29th position following the performance of teachers and students in the government schools.

The ranking has been released based on the attendance of teachers and students in schools.

Bakhar was ranked 36th, Sahiwal 35th, Faisalabad 18th, Gujarat 23rd, Toba Tek Singh 26th and Chiniot 27th.

Moreover, the walls, washrooms, water supply, and furniture of the school have all been examined in the report.

The performance reports of 36 districts of Punjab were also provided to the Punjab Education Department.
