Woman burnt by in-laws in Gujrat

A woman was set ablaze by her in-laws over a domestic dispute in Gujrat on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The mother of the victim lodged an FIR against her daughter’s mother-in-law and sister-in-law.

According to the FIR, Alina was married eight years ago in Budhu Kalas area and her husband went to Dubai after two months of marriage. The cruel in-laws burnt her by sprinkling petrol over a domestic dispute. 

The victim sustained 90 percent burn injuries and was shifted to the Aziz Bhatti Shaheed hospital in critical condition.

The police could not arrest any accused yet despite registering the case.
