Quetta Gladiators’ ace-all-rounder Shahid Afridi Tuesday tested negative for the coronavirus and has joined the team in bio-secure bubble.

Afridi will now be able to join the Gladiators for their match against Islamabad United on February 3.

Gladiators’ manager Azam Khan announced that the rapid antigen test (RAT) of the star-studded player came negative, which was conducted today at the team’s hotel.

On the other hand, English batters James Vince and Jason Roy are also ready to join the Quetta Gladiators in the early morning of Wednesday.

Gladiators’ manager further told that Afghanistan’s Noor Ahmad will also join the Gladiators, after finishing off the Under-19 World Cup campaign.
