BISP increases quarterly stipend from Rs10,500 to Rs13,500

Federal government has increased the financial budget of the BISP, resultantly the quarterly installment of the Benazir Kafaalat has been raised from Rs10,500 to Rs13,500, starting in January 2025, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for increasing the financial budget of the BISP, which will result in the quarterly installment of the Benazir Kafaalat to Rs13,500, starting from January 2025.
ON the occasion Senator Rubina Khalid said BISP was dedicating 2025 to Benazir Talent Program. Under the programme the deserving people will be able to earn their own jobs and stand on their own feet through the unique talent program.
BISP chief said during 2025, “BSIP will continue to serve the backward classes with honesty.”
On the occasion, Chairperson Rubina Khalid along with Secretary Aamir Ali Ahmed, Additional Secretary Dr. Tahir Noor and other staff also cut the new year cake.
