Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) Assembly Speaker Amjad Ali Zaidi Wednesday resigned from his post, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
It is to be noted here that a like-minded group within Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had tabled a no-confidence motion against the speaker a day earlier.
