PML-N MPA had approached the LHC, showing his no-trust in the ATC-III.

During the hearing of the case, Chief Justice (CJ) of the LHC Muhammad Ameer Bhatti asked the petitioner not to level baseless allegations against the courts, and let them do their job.

Deputy Prosecutor General Sarfaraz Ahmed Khatana appeared on behalf of the Punjab government.

Giving his arguments, counsel for MPA Yasin told the court that it appeared that the ATC judge was under the influence of the accused. “Therefore, it is prayed to the honorable court to transfer the case from the ATC to another court,” he requested.
