Pink buses to hit two new routes in Karachi

The Sindh government has decided to introduce two more routes of the women-only Pink Bus service in Karachi from today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon shared this initiative through twitter post. 

He said that first route of the women-only bus service will start from Power House Chowrangi in North Karachi and culminate at the Indus Hospital in Korangi.

The second route of the bus service will start from Numaish Chowrangi and end at Seaview.

It is wort mention here that a total of 8 buses will be run on Route No.2, whereas two pink buses are being operated on Route No.10

Two more bases were added on Route No.1, bringing the total number of buses to 10. 

The women specific Pink bus service will have male drivers and female conductors.
