BISE Lahore starts rechecking marking in matriculation papers

Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) has started receiving applications for rechecking of matriculation papers.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, students can submit their applications against the complaint of wrong marking in the matric papers till September 15, 2022.
The channel report said that all the nine education boards across the province have invited applications from candidates in this regard.
The applications can be submitted online to the board authorities till September 15, the report said adding that the fee for re-checking a paper has been fixed at Rs1,000 only.
It is worth mentioning that complaints have been made by many candidates about the checking of papers not being done properly this year.
The boards have announced that the rechecking fee will be refunded to the students if the marking of papers will be found wrong.
