PM exempts consumers of 300 units from fuel price adjustment

Prime Minister's big announcement for electricity consumers as he exempted consumers from fuel price adjustment up to 300 units.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, PM Shehbaz addressed the parliamentarians and legislators of his party, the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) on Thursday.

The PM announced that the fuel price adjustment in electricity bills will not be charged to those using 300 units. 

It is worth mentioning here that the PM had initially abolished fuel price adjustments up to 200 units.

Addressing the party members, the PM assured that his government will support every affectee of the floods as Pakistan is facing the worst flood of its history.

Shehbaz Sharif said the prices of crude oil was become expensive soon after coming into power while the International Monitory Fund (IMF) also refused to hold talks with us on violating the commitment from the previous government of Imran Khan.

PM Shehbaz said that they are not free to take their decisions. It’s been four months in government and if you want to even sneeze, you have to ask the IMF, he added. 

When it was confirmed that the PTI government will be ended, an officer suggested Imran Khan as PM at that time to reduce oil prices in the country to create hurdles for the new government, he said.

He added that Imran's government did not buy gas when it was cheap at the rate of $3. The previous government did not bother to lift the living standard of the common man.
