SC to hear ECP contempt case against Imran, others on Dec 6

The Supreme Court has fixed the ECP contempt case against PTI Chairman Imran Khan, Fawad Chaudhry and Asad Umar, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

A three-judge SC bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial and comprising Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Athar Minallah will hear the case on Dec 6. 

The court has issued notices to the parties involved. 

The Election Commission of Pakistan has prayed to club together all cases sub judice in different high courts.
