Supreme Court of Pakistan’s Constitutional Bench is set to hear petitions against amendment in Election Act 2024 on December 4, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The petitions have been filed by PTI chairman Barrister Gohar and member of Pakistan Bar Council Ishtiaq Ahmed. Earlier, Registrar's Office had raised objection on the applications.
The court has fixed petitions and appeals against the objections for simultaneous hearing. A six-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will conduct the hearing.
