Two traffic wardens were severely beaten and shot at by ten armed men riding four motorcycles in Shadman Chowk of Lahore on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

However, the wardens were unharmed by the gunfire. 

The armed attacked the patrolling officers Afzal and Fazl-ur-Rehman.

CTO Lahore Captain (retd) Mustansar Feroze took notice of the incident, saying the accused will have to face the law. 

A case has been registered against unknown armed persons under serious provisions including attempted murder.
