PML-N Vice-President Maryam Nawaz has declared that PTI Chairman Imran Khan should be mentally examined by a medical board as she had never saw such a man which was so desperate for power, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to newsmen outside Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday, Maryam Nawaz said she requests the prime minister and the government to set up a medical board of experts to examine Imran Khan as ouster of his government had left “serious wounds” on his mind and heart.

The PML-N leader said Imran Khan wanted to take revenge from the State for his own failure.

Maryam Nawaz said allowing Imran Khan to roam freely was “not without danger”. “Sometimes he says Kashmir will be split into three parts. Sometimes he says Pakistan will be split into three parts,” she flayed, adding: “Do you [Imran Khan] know after how many sacrifices Pakistan came into being? You have insulted those who sacrificed their lives for Pakistan.”

She said, “God willing! Your own party will be split into 300 parts.”

The PML-N vice president also recalled his father and said, “Nawaz Sharif was ousted from power three times. He was sent into exile twice. An elected prime minister [Nawaz Sharif] was made to board a plane handcuffed. Even after enduring every oppression, Nawaz Sharif said Long Live Pakistan.”

She also threw light on the sacrifice of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto and said when Benazir Bhutto was martyred, a voice “Pakistan Khapay” came.

“You [Imran Khan] say that Pakistan will be divided if you do not have the power,” she castigated, adding that he [Imran Khan] was so coward that he was hiding in fear of Rana Sanaullah.

Maryam lambasted that he [Imran Khan] talked about rolling back the nuclear programme, adding that he had said the same thing before.

“Today, when the power is gone, what is the right to talk about shelving the nuclear programme. When the nuclear programme started, he [Imran Khan] was enjoying a luxurious life in Britain,” she said.

“How dare you talk about the destruction of the army,” Maryam directed her criticism at Imran, adding that her party had always been a positive critic of the army.

“Is it the right decision if the army remains silent on your incompetence?” questioned Maryam Nawaz.

“Does the army become Mir Jafar and Mir Sadiq if it stands by the Constitution?” she questioned further.

“Today, you [Imran Khan] are dragging the judiciary into politics. Today, you are asking the judiciary to allow your long march. People will see you if you drag the judiciary into your dirty politics,” Maryam pummelled Imran Khan.

“Imran Khan sits as a snake on the resources of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” she alleged, asking the media to name one person who was not deceived by Imran Khan.

“He betrayed his workers and the party. He betrayed his parents, wives, and children,” Maryam came down hard on Imran.

“Justice Yahya Afridi’s dissenting note has unveiled many faces,” she maintained.

“Now, after four years, you [Imran Khan] have realised that the dollar has gone up and the potatoes and onions have become expensive,” Maryam Nawaz continued pummelling Imran Khan.

“At that time, he [Imran Khan] used to say that he knew about rise in dollar price from TV,” she said.

“We reduced loadshedding to zero, but it returned because of you,” she added.

“Are your children cultivating crops in Mianwali if those of Nawaz Sharif are abroad?” she questioned, adding that he [Imran Khan] had Tasbeeh in his hand and filth in his mouth.
