A cryptic message by Peshawar Zalmi’s captain Darren Sammy on twitter has raised doubts among fans that all is not well between him and his franchise.

As soon as the message came out on the social media that left the people somehow baffled and they came out of support for the most beloved foreign player in Pakistan.

“I’ve learnt that you are important until you’ve completed your role. #dealingwithhumans,” Sammy wrote on his twitter account.

People were quick to tell Sammy that he will always be important to millions in Pakistan who love him for his courage and visits to Pakistan when no one was coming here.

The doubts of something being wrong got stronger when Sammy was ‘rested’ for the match against Karachi Kings and Wahab Riaz was given responsibility to captain the team. And a nosedive in form of the team also witnessed in the match as Zalmi batsmen look out of sort and could not score on a Pindi Stadium pitch, which has so far shown a lot of runs in it.

A fan also cautioned Sammy from Javed Afridi saying Afridi has already used Shahid Afridi badly so beware from him.

Sammy is not new to be at loggerheads with the managements and organization as despite being the most successful captain for the West Indies in shorter version of the game he remained at odds with the board and took an early retirement.

He is adored in Pakistan and his lovely gestures towards Pakistan and Pakistan cricket has even earned him the honorary citizenship of the country and the top civil award along with the love and respect of millions of Pakistanis.

So a cricket fan can only hope that such a person with golden heart would not be mistreated and the franchise and players would solve their issues amicably instead of creating a huge scandal out of it.
