Robbers shoot dead two accomplices in Khanewal

Two robbers were killed and two injured by their comrades as they tried to rob Pattoki traders heading for Deharki, Khanewal on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Police said that two traders were also injured in the shooting. The incident occurred at Khanewal Bypass.
The traders from Pattoki had cash money worth six million rupees and as they just crossed the Khanewal Toll Plaza, the dacoits jumped into their truck but the traders fiercely resisted the dacoity.

Rescue 1122 said that dacoits opened firing but they killed their own accomplices and injured two other robbers also. Rescue 1122 shifted the injured robbers and traders to DHQ Khanewal for medical treatment.
A heavy contingent of police reached the crime spot and cordoned off the area and started further investigation into the matter.
