Security forces killed six terrorists in Zhob IBO

Security forces killed six terrorists during an intelligence based operation in the general area Sambaza, Zhob District, said a statement issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Wednesday.

“On night 31 October/ 1 November 2023, security forces conducted an intelligence based operation in the general area Sambaza, Zhob District on the reported presence of terrorists. During the conduct of the operation, intense fire exchange took place between own troops and terrorists, resultantly six terrorists were killed, while a cache of arms, ammunition and explosives has also been recovered,” said the ISPR in the statement.

According to ISPR, the killed terrorists remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against security forces and target killing of innocent civilians.

The statement added that the sanitization is being carried out to eliminate any other terrorists found in the area.

“Security Forces of Pakistan, in step with Nation, remain determined to thwart attempts of sabotaging peace, stability and progress of Balochistan,” it concluded.
