Cipher is looming large over rulers: Rasheed 

Former interior minister Shaikh Rasheed has said the cipher crisis has been looming large over the coalition government. 

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, he said contrast statements of PML-N leaders regarding the cipher will be displayed on the big screens across the country to expose them. “If things are not sorted in time then it would be 'Dama Dam Mast Qalandar' in the country after the 12 Rabi ul Awal”, he added. 

The rulers who are befooling the masses will be fixed very soon, he said adding that the months of October and November will be critical and bloody.
