Young doctors in Quetta intensified their protests by not only shutting down the vaccination centers but also the DHO’s office, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

On the other hand, patients are in deep pain as the doctors have been boycotting their duties at the government hospitals for the last two months now.

Meanwhile, Young Doctors’ Association Chairman Dr. Bahadur Shah has said that the Association’s core committee, in its meeting, has mulled over setting out on a long march towards Islamabad and protesting at Red Zone to press the government for the acceptance of doctors’ demands.

Spokesman for the government of Balochistan, on the other hand, has said that all genuine demands of young doctors have already been met, and now there is no excuse for further strike.

“Doctors are saviors of humanity and boycotting of duties does not suit their stature,” he concluded.
