IHC Chief Justice revises seniority list after addition of judges from provinces
Chief Justice Amir Farooq also changes Departmental Promotion Committee and Management Committees: 7 officers and lower staff posted in LHC along with Justice Sarfraz Dogar transferred to IHC

Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq has revised the seniority list after the arrival of three judges from other provinces, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
After the revision of seniority list, Justice Sarfaraz Dogar has become the senior puisne judge of Islamabad High Court.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani moved to the second, Justice Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb third and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri got fourth position in the revised list. Justice Babar Sattar moved to the fifth, Justice Sardar Ishaq Khan on sixth, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir ranked seventh, Justice Samman Rifat Imtiaz was ranked eighth, Justice Khadim Hussain on ninth, Justice Azam Khan was ranked tenth in the list. Justice Muhammad Asif got eleventh and Justice Inam Amin Minhas obtained twelfth position in the list.
Meanwhile, IHC Management Committee has been revised also. Chief Justice Amir Farooq was appointed as Chairman of the Committee. The other members include Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro. With the approval of Chief Justice Amir Farooq, Additional Registrar has issued the notification.
Earlier, Chief Justice Amir Farooq has changed the Departmental Promotion Committee of Islamabad High Court. The new Departmental Promotion Committee will consist of senior puisne judge Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan. With the approval of Chief Justice Amir Farooq, Additional Registrar has issued the notification.
Earlier, officers and staff posted in Lahore High Court along with Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar were also transferred to Islamabad High Court. 7 officers and staff employees of various categories including Additional Registrar were transferred to Islamabad High Court on deputation.
After the approval of the competent authority, the Registrar Lahore High Court issued the notification.
Grade 21 Additional Registrar Maqsood Ahmed, Grade 21 Additional Registrar Court Umar Daraz Shakir, Abdul Rehman, Personal Assistant of Grade 19, Grade 18 Shamooz Ali were transferred to IHC on deputation. Driver Adnan Khadim, office attendants Mehboob Hussain, Muhammad Abbas were also transferred on deputation.
