Justice Dogar becoms senior puisne judge of IHC after reshuffling of seniority list

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has undergone a reshuffling of its seniority list following the inclusion of three newly transferred judges from other high courts, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
This decision, taken by IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq, has led to major changes in the ranking of existing judges within the high court.
As per the revised seniority list, Justice Sarfraz Dogar has now become the senior puisne judge of the Islamabad High Court.
Meanwhile, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has moved to the second position in seniority from senior most judge of the IHC.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb is placed at the third rank, while Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri now occupies the fourth position.
Further down the list, Justice Babar Sattar has secured the fifth position, followed by Justice Sardar Ishaque Khan at sixth place.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir is now ranked seventh, whereas Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz is at eighth place.
Justice Khadim Hussain has been placed at ninth, followed by Justice Azam Khan at tenth.
The eleventh position has been assigned to Justice Muhammad Asif, while Justice Inam Amin Minhas now ranks twelfth on the updated seniority list.
This reshuffling in the seniority list comes as a result of new judicial appointments and adjustments within the Islamabad High Court.
