PML-N Punjab Spokesperson Azma Zahid Bokhari has rejected ‘fact-finding’ inquiry report into the Rawalpindi Ring Road project, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Punjab Chief Secretary notified a three-member inquiry committee on April 27 but two of the committee members Jahangir Ahmed and Anwarul Haq wrote their dissenting notes. Moreover, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has deliberately rejected these dissenting notices.
Azma Bokhari said that Usman Buzdar approved the inquiry report based on the one-member’s findings.

The PML-N warned Punjab Chief Minister that he must refrain from taking such steps that will not be defendable in the future.
“Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar is playing a facilitator’s role for Imran Khan, Zulfi Bukhari and Ghulam Sarwar in the Rawalpindi Ring Road scandal,” she added.
She alleged that billions of rupees have been embezzled from the treasury in this scandal.
