Time has passed by as it has been nine years since the arrest of Indian spy-terrorist Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was operating a terror network in Pakistan under the names Kulbhushan Sudhir Yadav and Hussain Mubarak Patel.
On March 3, 2016, Pakistani intelligence officers had arrested Jadhav, an active-duty Indian Navy Commander.

Since 2003, he had been involved in terrorist activities in Pakistan on behalf of Indian intelligence agency RAW. After entering Iranina port of Chabahar on a fake passport, Jadav had established a terror network under the guise of a scrap business.
Jadhav confessed to his involvement in terrorism in Pakistan, including plans to destabilize China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), the Gwadar Port, and Balochistan.

In September 2016, Pakistan submitted a dossier to the UN on Jadhav's activities. India denied Jadhav's status as an Indian citizen and later reacted strongly when Pakistan announced his death sentence in April 2017.

The arrest of an active intelligence officer in Pakistan highlights RAW’s role in spreading terrorism in the country. India's involvement in terrorism has been exposed globally.
