Dead body of a newly-married girl with a rope tied to her neck was found from a flat in Lahore on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the police, 28-year-old Tayyaba had been married only 10 days ago.

Tayyaba had learnt about her husband’s earlier marriage after her wedding which came as a shock to her.

Police said before her death Tayyaba had informed her family on the phone that her husband had tortured her.

Later, her dead body was discovered from a flat in Gujjarpura area.
