Fawad Ch hits out at Shehbaz Sharif for skipping court hearings

April 4, 2022 12:13 PM

Former federal information minister Fawad Chaudhry regretted Monday that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif was wanted by the courts in connection with corruption cases, but instead of appearing in the courts he had preferred to stay in Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a tweet, he said even right now his bail application was pending in a court. “Had he been an ordinary man, his bail plea would have been rejected long ago,” he said.

He went on to add until and unless there was a uniform application of laws on both rich and the poor, Pakistanis could not become one nation.
