Cost Rs100,000 as six brothers marry six sisters in Jalalpur Pirwala

Six brothers married six sisters at a ceremony in Jalalpur Pirwala, which was marked by simplicity, as there was no dowry, no unnecessary rituals, no exchange of gifts and no ostentatious decoration, and thus cost Rs100,000 only, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.  

There were not many guests as only over 100 people attended the marriage ceremony that has become the talk of the town as it was held in complete accordance with Islamic principles.  

The grooms said the purpose of holding a simple ceremony was to show to the world that in Islam there were no unnecessary rituals and no show of wealth.
