Five children of a family drown in rainwater pond in Awaran district

Five children of a family drowned while taking a bath in a pond after rain in the Awaran district in Balochistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Awaran District's Deputy Commissioner Ayesha Zehri told the media that the deceased comprised four girls and a boy and all were aged around 2 to 9 years.

She said rainwater had accumulated in the low-lying area a few days back.
