Consumer files claim against pizza shop for overcharging in Lahore Court

A citizen has filed a claim in Lahore Consumer Court against Amy's Cottage Pizza shop Sabzazar for giving pizza in Rs1000 instead of Rs880 with low quality.

In this regard, a citizen Fahad Baig, resident of Sabzazar filed a compensation of Rs300,000.

The consumer court adjourned the hearing of the claim till June 14.

In his claim, the petitioner took plea that after seeing the rate list from the shop, he bought a pizza for Rs880 but when he gave the bill, the shopkeeper gave him a bill of Rs1000.

Moreover when he checked the pizza, he found the quality was not good. When he complained, the management did not listen to the request.
