Rashid calls on PM Khan to discuss security
Warns enemy wants chaos in Pakistan

In the wake of huge Peshawar bomb blast, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid on Friday called on Prime Minister Imran Khan to brief him on the security situation, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The meeting was held at PM House in Islamabad. PM Imran was apprised of the matters related to security issues by the Interior Minister. The premier directed the Interior Minister to ensure law and order in the country.
Besides discussing the security issues, both the premier and the interior minister also discussed the ongoing political situation in the country.
Earlier, Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed said that the enemy wanted to create chaos in Pakistan.
Sheikh Rasheed said the death toll in Peshawar imambargah bombing could climb up to 40 with over 60 people injured.
Condemning the attack, the minister sought a report from the Chief Secretary and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa IGP.
Sheikh Rashid further said that anti-state elements were trying to create chaos in the country. He added that the blast is a conspiracy to weaken the country.
He said the attack was a pre-planned act to destabilise Pakistan, saying no security alert was issued about the attack.
"External forces want to disturb peace in Pakistan," he said.
