The rape accused set up his own court and caught and tortured the police official who came to arrest him in Pasrur, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to police, the accused put a cloth around the neck of the policeman and kept pulling him while the policeman kept calling his colleagues for help.
The video of a policeman pulling a cloth around his neck went viral on social media.
A case of raping a woman of his own village was registered against Riasat alias Billa, the resident of Bogargul area of Police Station Sadar Pasrur.
According to detail, when police official Asad Raza went to the accused's village to arrest him, then the accused Riasat alias Billa caught the police official on the contrary and tortured him.
Later, an additional team of police station Sadar reached the spot and arrested the accused.
