Due to the impressive long march of Bilawal Bhutto, the politics of central Punjab has been twisted and veteran leaders who have left the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) started rejoining it.
The 24News HD TV channel reported on Saturday that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Afzal Chan has decided to rejoin Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).
The political figures of the prominent Chan family of Mandi Bahauddin have also offended the PTI government policies and decided to leave it.
The sources said Chan will meet Bilawal Bhutto and announce his rejoining of the party from the party chairman’s container.
Pertinent to mention here that Nadeem Afzal Chan has already tendered his resignation from the post of Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Coordination.
In October 2017, Nadeem resigned from the post of Secretary-General of PPP Punjab and joined PTI.
