Mehwish Hayat and Kumail Nanjiani, and Oscar and Emmy-winning filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy are going to appear at Superfandom—an end-to-end concierge service for the Metaverse—charity auction for flood victims in Pakistan.
The deadly monsoon of 2022 drowned one-third of the country, leaving millions of people homeless. Pakistan with the help of the international community arranged fundraising events to get the required amount to help the devastated flood victims.
“Our super community member Superfandom is raising funds for the 33 million plus displaced flood victims. Under the title were photos of Hayat, Nanjiani, and Obaid-Chinoy, who re-shared the story on her Instagram. The auction is seemingly scheduled for November and further details are available on Discord, " the statement reads.
