Police complete geo-fencing in Tefi Butt’s brother-in-law murder case

The police have completed the geo-fencing of the crime scene and adjacent areas in the murder of the brother-in-law of Tefi Butt, the accused in the Ameer Balaj Tipu murder case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to police, suspicious calls are being shortlisted by completing geo-fencing.
Police contacted the wife of slain Javed Butt, who is also a complainant of the case and eyewitness of the crime scene, for a recording statement, the police said.
However, the investigation teams could not record the statement of the deceased Javed Butt's wife, police sources said.
Police further said that the accused named in the case are still missing from the scene after the incident.
A detailed statement of an eyewitness is essential to sketching the shooters, police said.
Police said raids were underway to arrest the accused, but none of the accused were arrested, nor did the accused get bail.
